Whether or not you’re a monarchist you can’t deny you weren’t
just that little bit curious about yesterday’s royal addition. Whilst we
speculate what the new Princess shall be named we can’t help but fawn over Kate’s
appearance post-labour. Although I’m quite certain it was a stalk that brought
the Princess as no one can look that flawless the same day as giving birth,
surely?

Kate stepped out in an extremely pretty, bespoke Jenny
Packham, just as she did after the birth of Prince George in 2013. The silk,
shift dress looked effortless as it flowed down her post-pregnancy figure. The
yellow floral print appears less concentrated as it moves further from the
neckline avoiding fuss and encouraging a delicate air. Naturally the dress is a
fit for spring and brought a glow to Kate’s always chic appearance. She teamed
it with a pair of low, nude heels. I think heels with a new-born is something
to add to life goals. Her hair, as usual, was beautifully curled shaping her naturally
made up face. Whilst I sometimes feel as though Kate plays it very safe for a
young royal I understand she has a classic image to fulfil and I loved this
Packham dress. She always looks attractive in the simplest outfits but she
sparkled just a little more yesterday and I’m interested to see how they dress
the little Princess. Unfortunately I’m not holding out for tutus which would be
my personal choice.
What did you think of Kate’s outfit? Or perhaps Prince
George in royal blue was the real star of the show.
